History

BCP Construction is owned and operated by Billy and Charlene Coles, with currently over 20 employees providing various trades and skills. The company went from a proprietorship to a corporation in 1999, and in 2000 started building their first homes. A business office was opened at 2010-2nd Street N. in Three Hills in 2006.

To maintain a fleet of vehicles, a 9-bay garage was added in 2008, complete with wash bay and vehicle hoist. In addition, the mechanic area was soon used to build custom Cobra's, under its own company and logo called Venom Performance. Click here for more info on Venom Performance.

A cabinetry shop is a new addition to the company, providing custom designed and built cabinetry for residential and commercial facilities.

BCP homes are custom designed in-house, with staff working directly with the home owner. To date BCP has built over 30 custom built homes.

BCP Construction was pleased to complete the construction of a Best Western Hotel, a 66 room, 3 storey structure with pool and hot tub located In Innisfail, Alberta. This was followed by the Comfort Inn& Suites of similar design, located in Sylvan Lake, Alberta.

Apprenticeship

We build our own people. BCP recognizes the importance of skilled trades people, and has made it a priority to assist its employees in skills development.

Everyone who works at BCP is either highly skilled, a ticketed journeyman or is working through their apprenticeship.

We currently have apprentices in Carpentry, Electrical and Automotive Mechanics.
