In 2006 we began the process for our first sub-division in Three Hills called Sunrise Estates. Phase I and II  was completed in 2008. Click here for pictures.

The first house in Phase III has just been completed and a number of lots have already sold.. 

We are an employee driven company. However we recognize that we cannot do everything ourselves. We have taken opportunities to partner with other contractors to complete projects.
